Kelebihan itu sebenarnya daripada piston supercharger Ceramic coated, itulah sebab enjin nie tahan kalau di pasang turbo

"There are bascially three types of
pistons - One for the 16v naturally aspirated, 20v, and supercharged
4AGZE. The 16v ones come with 18mm and 20mm gudgeon pins, (18mm = TVIS
only) the 20v are 20mm and have three flycuts for the three inlet
valves, (all 4AGE pistons have flycuts for each valve though) and the
4AGZE shares the 20mm gudgeon pin diameter. The 4AGZE pistons have a
lower deck height to give a lower compression, and are also ceramic
coated on the tops to improve heat rejection.


All these pistons give no trouble in regular
service, though they are of the slotted type with the oil return ring
groove, thus are weaker than the 'drilled' type. They are also cast
rather than forged, (though the 4AGZE's are forged) and so if you are
planning on increasing the power of your 4AGE by more than, say, 30hp
then you would do well to get a set of aftermarket, eg, Wisco, pistons

4A-GE (20-valve)
Black-top 20-valve 4A-GELU engine (Japanese-spec) in 1996 Carina GT.

The fourth-generation 4A-GE was produced from 1991 to 1995. It has silver cam covers with chrome letters, hence the nick name "silver top". This engine yet again features a completely revamped head where the 16-valve design is replaced with a 20-valve design. The Toyota Variable Valve Timing (VVT) is used in the intake cam for improved low rpm torque and economy, increased compression ratio (10.5:1), the valve angle was closed up to 37.5 degrees from the previous 50 degrees and the inlet system was replaced with a short manifold and four individual throttle bodies governed by an air flow sensor. This engine produces 158 hp (118 kW) at 7400 rpm with 162 N·m at 5200 rpm of torque.

The fifth-generation 4A-GE was produced from 1995 to 1998 is the final version of the 4A-GE and has black cam covers. This engine is fondly known as the "black top" yet again features even higher compression ratio (11:1), the air flow sensor is replaced with a MAP sensor, the diameter of the four individual throttle bodies was increased from 42mm to 45mm, the exhuast port diameter was increased, the inlet cam lift was increased from 7.9mm to 8.2mm and the inlet ports were significantly improved in shape, countour and also the width at opening at the head was increased, . This revision upped the power to 162 hp (121 kW) at 7800 rpm with 162 N·m at 5200 rpm of torque.

Some racing teams participating in the Group A of the JGTC, using either the AE101, AE86 or AE82 Corollas, used a specially modified version of the engine, rated at 250 hp at 11,000 RPM.
Applications:

* 1992 Toyota Corolla Levin, Sprinter Trueno AE101 (silver top): All GT models (GT Apex, GT-V etc.)
* 1995 Toyota Corolla Levin, Sprinter Trueno AE111 (black top): All BZ models (BZG, BZR, BZV etc.)

So, the answer to your question is... nope, On STOCK ENGINE, that particular engine does not produce that 12k rpm rev limit. Hope this answer satisfy your hunger for info.[u]

Perhaps you have to DIY it taiko... some forumner here are using HKS spark plug on their BT's

Every Toyota “engine type” has a code consisting of numbers and letters. An “engine type” may actually be a family of engines spanning several design generations and encompassing different specifications or components.

T - Turbocharged

4A - SOHC, 8 valves
4A-C - SOHC, 8-valves, equipped with emissions control system
4A-LC - SOHC, 8-valve, transversely mounted, equipped with emissions control system
4A-GE - DOHC, 16-valve, fuel injected
4A-GEC - DOHC, 16-valve, fuel injected, equipped with emissions control system
4A-GELC - DOHC, 16-valve, fuel injected, transversely mounted, equipped with emissions control system
4A-F - DOHC, 16-valve, gear coupled cam drive, carbureted
4A-FE - DOHC, 16-valve, gear coupled cam drive, fuel injected
4A-ELU - DOHC, 16-valve, gear coupled cam drive, fuel injected, transversely mounted, equipped with emissions control system for Japan.
4A-GZE - DOHC, 16-valve, supercharged and fuel injected
